Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are personal intimate items, returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery only if the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, washed, damaged, or removed from their original sealed packaging, unless the item is defective upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used intimate products
  • Products without original sealed packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification
  • Clearance, final sale, or gift card items, if applicable

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nuikhang03@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem.

We will review your request and may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution depending on the situation.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at nuikhang03@gmail.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
