Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of eligible unused items within 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, missing packaging or missing accessories may not be accepted.
  • Final sale items, gift cards and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please contact us at butaowu@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Please include your order number, reason for return and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We support exchanges for eligible items when stock is available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or help you place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund or other resolution when approved.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations can be requested within 12 hours after purchase if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
