Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

ORDER PROCESSING

Before your order ships

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 calendar days before shipment.

Orders are dispatched from Guangdong, China through our logistics partner, 4PX.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

ORDER TRACKING

Follow your order from dispatch to delivery

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package through 17TRACK.

Tracking information may take some time to update after your package has been dispatched.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

No surprise import charges

Orders are shipped using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method.

Applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us, so customers should not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to make a change?

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Shipping address changes may also be requested before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel the order or change the delivery address.
